Customized & Personalized Orders

At My Little Story, every book is made uniquely for you — personalized with names, stories, and details provided at the time of order. Because of the customized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been placed.

Order Accuracy

Please double-check all spelling, names, and customization details before submitting your order. We print exactly what you provide, and we cannot make changes after the order is confirmed.

Damaged or Defective Items

We want you to love your story! If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or with an error caused by us, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@mylittlestory.eu with:

 

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue


We’ll review the issue and, if verified, arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

 

Lost Packages

If your order doesn’t arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us. We’ll assist in tracking your package, but My Little Story is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
