Made just for you
At My Little Story, every book is created uniquely for you, personalised with the names, story, and details you provide when you order. Because each book is custom-made and printed specifically for you, all sales are final: we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
This reflects EU consumer law. Under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU and Book VI of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, personalised and made-to-order goods are exempt from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. In short, because your book is made to your specifications, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded for a change of mind.

We print exactly what you provide, so please double-check all spelling, names, and personalisation choices before submitting your order. We cannot make changes once an order is confirmed.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
We want you to love your story. If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, incorrect, or with any error caused by us, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at eline@mylittlestory.eu with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
We will review it and, once confirmed, put it right at no extra cost by reprinting or replacing your book, or issuing a refund if we are unable to replace it. This does not affect your statutory rights under EU law, including the legal guarantee of conformity.
Lost or delayed packages
If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us and we will help track it down. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
